Carson Street Clothiers was one of the most talked-about store openings three years ago. Earlier this month, however, they announced their closing (surprising since they just moved into a new space and bought a bunch of seasonal inventory). Sad to see them go.
Since they’re closing everything up on June 15th, they’re now clearing out merchandise (first round of cuts is 50% off, although I imagine more cuts are to follow). A lot of their inventory leans towards the avant garde and progressive side of fashion, but there are some easy-to-wear brands as well. See Our Legacy, Camoshita, Barena, Ami, Mackintosh, Patrik Ervell, SNS Herning, and Spalwart.
My picks: Spalwart Marathon Lows in white and blue (these run true to size from my experience), Camoshita polos, Mackintosh tweed coat, and if you’re feeling adventurous, Lemaire henley and bomber.
Should go without saying, but all sales are final.
