For readers in the Seattle area, Filson is having a huge sale on their factory seconds, returned inventory, and closeouts. Savings are supposed to be up to 70% (which is insane). The sale will take place on July 23rd, from 8 a.m. to noon, and will be held at the Filson warehouse at 3851 First Avenue S. (just south of Spokane Street behind Compton Lumber). It’s probably going to be a mad house, so I would advise getting there as early as possible.
For the rest of us, the next two weeks might be a good time to search for Filson auctions on eBay. I’m sure there will be some entrepreneurial folks out there flipping stuff for profits.
