Looks like Skoaktiebolaget is discontinuing Edward Green from their store, which means all of their remaining Edward Green shoes are now on heavy discount. Like many high-end shoes nowadays, these are all Goodyear welted, but I find the finishing to be better and the lasts and designs to be much more handsome.
Even on discount, the prices aren’t cheap, but with the lowest priced models starting at $641, these are about 50% less than what you’d pay in the US. If you’re unfamiliar with Edward Green’s sizing, know that most customers buy a half size down from their US size. So if you measure a 9D on the Brannock device, you’d probably wear an 8.5E UK in Edward Green.
Far and away the best model: the Dover in dark oak.
